Summary of things to do

Hello I am writing to let you know that really for the first couple of weeks you begin to think about your chosen topic and how you want to develop your e portfolio. We have begun t look at a variety of ideas and as we progress we will discuss these in class and look at examples online.
We define "wiki" which we use within Autonline as the place where we can contribute facts as we discover them while searching for ways to develp our e porfolios. In this class we can add to the wiki which has already been started by a previous class and build on it.

We can use a blog site to communicate with each other and we will establish this by next week. This is a much more question and answer site where we can communicate as a class and postings can talk in general terms about e porfolios. We will also have decided by then what site we will use to develop our e portfolios and there is a delay in us making a decision about Mahara.

Patsy- thank you for clarifying what we are to use "Wiki" for.
I have found the definitions from last semester's students and the Google searches I've done recently for the terms as you suggested we do- have all helped to give a better understanding to the types and purposes of e-portfolios. I'd like to encourage students in iReflect class to spend the some time to read these if they feel this paper rather daunting.
