BOA is the name of a famous Korean Singer who is famous throughout all of Asia and has countless fans and followers.
She has been famous since she was 16 and can speak Korean,Japanese and English.
She has also been working as a singer in Japan and is immensly popular there too.
This has been possible as she can speak Japanese and therefore actively interact with their people.
Recently, she has release a single called 'Eat u up,' in America.This is a very rare occurence for asian stars to be working and also release an album in America.
The person who produced the song is also the producer of 'Toxic' by Britney Spears, one of her greatest hits.

ireflect blogging and eportfolio sites

Welcome to the ireflect blog site. We are in semester two and it seems that the approach we will take for students to create their e portfolios is to firstly establish a blog membership and then to choose ways to use templates .e.g in iweb for Mac users or Mahara through AUT. There are probably other options but we can investigate those as we progress. I am 99% sure that we will be able to use Mahara should students wish to choose this option. With luck we should be enrolled in this today. Passwords will be given and you will need to remeber these. But I will discuss this more today.Students have asked for further explanations about what the reflective elements are ine portfolios so we will also talk about that today. The main focus will be to discuss online or offline the aims and objectives students may have about their topic for their first brief. There is a reference to a paper by Bereiter 2002 in AUTonline which suggests that the new concept in education is for students to choose the parameters of their learning. Teachers act as guides in this model.

Summary of things to do

Hello I am writing to let you know that really for the first couple of weeks you begin to think about your chosen topic and how you want to develop your e portfolio. We have begun t look at a variety of ideas and as we progress we will discuss these in class and look at examples online.
We define "wiki" which we use within Autonline as the place where we can contribute facts as we discover them while searching for ways to develp our e porfolios. In this class we can add to the wiki which has already been started by a previous class and build on it.

We can use a blog site to communicate with each other and we will establish this by next week. This is a much more question and answer site where we can communicate as a class and postings can talk in general terms about e porfolios. We will also have decided by then what site we will use to develop our e portfolios and there is a delay in us making a decision about Mahara.
